Rep Power: 0 | I discovered I have been paying my employees for hours they did not work due to a reporting error in Helios 10. I called tech support for the new update. I asked about reimbursement. And was told to take the over hours from my employees. We all have employees that work paycheck to paycheck. I can’t do it. All I received from Helios was a no care attitude regarding this issue. I estimate about $1500.00 in looses. |

Rep Power: 25 | NO TIKITAN put it back ... this was also posted here ... problemchild would have wanted it as many people as possible to see this and be aware of it. IT WAS A VERSION 10 BUG ... been fixed now but it cost many users many dollars. |

Rep Power: 22 | OMG... This did not come out during beta testing? This is terrible... problemchild I have to say there is no way I could ask employees for the money back... Most of my girls have it spent and are rushing to the bank every payday! |

Rep Power: 25 | "B E T A" testing ..... no such phrase in the Helios dictionary. Rep Power: 0 | Problemchild, you absolutely positively can not deduct the over paid hours from the employees current paycheck, so don't even think of that, (that is a federal law not state) labor board will be all over you. Second, why are you running a business solely on a computer? you always need a failsafe, you always need to at least once a week do a complete inventory and expense sheet and make sure it all matches up. How long did it take to add up to the 1500.00? |
