when you train a new employee and you don't have to explain anything twice! We started a new girl, and she is by comparison, a genius. Literally 10 minutes on helios and she is running things as if she has been here for years, can recite product knowledge exactly as it was explained!! I must be dreaming. This comes on the heels of training another who 2 months in can't remember F5 is end sale.

Sounds great... im very happy for you, i wish half the employees at the salons i go to knew anything about tanning... i know more then they do, they never even heard of tantalk.com ...

Well I already have house, wife, and 4 daughters and the dog, so I think that would make my situation more stressful, however lets tal about the dog, that could work.
