Rep Power: 0 | Is there a Helios v9.4 report that shows the clients that haven't visited in the last XX days I am missing? I have written a custom application that will search through the Helios database for clients who haven't visited in the last XX days; and I'd be happy to make it available for everyone if there is no such report in Helios. (I couldn't find one?) I'm going to use it to send postcards to clients who haven't been in in the last 90+ days. You can also enter a date range in case you wanted a list of clients who had been in in the last 90 days. It creates a .CSV export of their name, address, etc. This would be useful for linking to MailLink. If there is already a Helios report for this -- where? I missed it If not, and anyone else has an interest, I'll post the software for free for everyone to use. -Chris |

Rep Power: 25 | Thats the way to do it Rich ... the Smart Mail Wizard allows you to select on Last Visit Date as well as other criteria. You can then use the "smail.mdb" that the Smart Mail Wizard creates in a Mail Merge or sending to MailLink. The password on the smail.mdb is "John316" |
