Another year is approaching and it is always a time of reflecting on the past year but also looking forward to what the new year will hold. The Tantalk Team is already working on upcoming strategies for a lot of NEW opportunities for the members who are apart of our on line community.

We will be meeting with the other sites to ensure we bring you the quality and fun you so crave from clicking on to our cyber world.

If you are interested in becoming an active part of our communities I ask you post with us your thoughts and comments on tanning related subjects and help us find answers to questions we as owners of facilities have. Your opinion matters......

It doesn’t matter if your just starting out in our industry, been with it along time or just do it for “something to do”….we want to hear from you.

This year I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know each of the board owners in our “on line world” and I know we all have the same goal……. To Serve this industry….
Though each board is unique…different and full of information we are all a vital part of our industry…… and we want and need you to be active with us..

I want to personally thank each member here who has helped us grow into a productive, active environment over the past year and we look forward to our growth continuing. With your help this will happen.....

Thank-you for EVERYTHING you do .... even the harsh words at times has made us grow and shift positions and has strengthen us as a whole community.

Those of us who volunteer our time on these sites do it because we love this industry…..

You are my on line family… You are my friends……. You are my support system for my business…….

We can make an enormous impact in this industry…..

Christine' is correct when she says we need to grow our online community. We have many people that only read and will not post. Don't be afraid, we want to hear your thoughts on subjects. We NEED to hear your thoughts.

I have learn a lot by being online. Each board has something to offer, but I prefer to call tantalk my home and family.

When I first joined the online community I would not voice my opinion very much. And yes, I still have problems doing that at times, (afraid I will look silly) Oh well, I guess I do at times, but I sure have fun and still learn tons from the ones that have been there/done that.

So come on and get involved. We want to change how the public looks at tanning. With all your help we can do this. Let's learn how to do smart press releases, advertising to our markets. Let's change how we are perceived! Let's make 2003 a ROCKIN year for our industry!

If you feel uncomfortable posting, send one of us moderators an email or private message so we can get your question or thought out in the public view. (we can do this without posting your identity) But we really need more involvement from our peers to make salon owners more in control and make our industry more accepted in our world.
