Rep Power: 23 | I have seen this Star Trek episode 79 The New Generation. This is what happen to Data's motherboard when he had simulated sex with an Andorian. Terrible Terrible. Quick fix was to reroute the auxillary plasma field and block the induction coils. |

Rep Power: 22 | I doubt you will get an answer from the person who really knows WHY this happened. What I do know is that Aegis is using this on their website as an example of Brand X to not buy. They claim poor QA in the manufacturing process. Maybe. Maybe the starter was not seated in its socket properly and caused the problem. Maybe this was a defective unit with a poor solder joint. Who knows?? It could happen with any type of starter. |
