Getting over a hang over is a very big task! You say I’ll never do that again! Then the next time happens and you say, YUCK, WHY me???
We all have been through it.. Cold Ice packs on our heads! Pillows over our eyes to keep out the light. What ever it takes we try to do it, just so we feel better.

Here are some helpful hints to help you beat the Holiday hang overs.

Pick your poison wisely: Depending on what you drank the night before can make the hang over worse
One recent study found that people who drink bourbon whiskey were more likely to suffer a hang over than one who drank Vodka.
The intensity of a hang over went in this order: Brandy, red wine, rum, whiskey,white wine, gin and pure ethanol. The reason is because “congeners” which are toxic chemicals formed during fermentation occur in varied amounts in the drinks.

Try to always eat a good meal before you drink that evening..
Try to drink one glass of water between each cocktail, this will help flush out toxins more quickly. And help to prevent dehydration.
Try to avoid drinking a variety of different alcohols try to stick with just one type.
If you only drink one an hour with a water chaser you should remain at least a little sober.
Carry a sports drink with you if its going to be a Night Of Party Party.. these drinks help to replace your electrolytes.. or eat a banana or an orange. Christhine’ is a big pusher of Bananas when people are drinking.
Remember that coffee does not actually sober a person up. You end up being a wide awake drunk. Also remember coffee is a diuretic and will only serve to make you more dehydrated.
Ibuprofen can lead you to disaster if you take it in the morning after drinking.
Liver problems can happened if the combination of alcohol and acetaminophen.
Read the warning labels on all medicines before taking them if you have drank alcohol or plan on drinking . Don’t stress out your liver too much

If you are going to be out drinking..
Remember..
Don't drink and drive.

If you are really going to go heavy on the booze for the evening.. Take Billberry.. 50 mg will help reduce the hang over... Billberry is loaded with anti-oxidents and helps you in several ways..

I have found that if I drink a big glass of milk before hitting the hay after drinking, I don't feel as bad the next morning. ???
What is billberry? Where do you get it? I will need some in Cancun

I have packed plenty of Bilberry and anti-oxidents for us while we are in Can Cun..
Also I packed a Sun care Masque for our skin care after a day by the pool..
FACIAL PARTY in our ROOM!!!!! .............
