Rep Power: 24 | Nashville is right around the corner for us.. Those who are attending this event are preparing to go to the LARGEST industry show … ITA tells us 800 booths..the Biggest and the Best Show EVER.. More Products to choose.. lots of give aways.. Educational seminars.. Don Smiths Speech on Sat. at the Radison across the street from Oprayland!!.. Parties.. get togethers.. Making new friends.. Seeing old pals.. But let me ask you this… Why are you really going? Do you have your heart set on a new machine? Want to see the new lotions that will be coming our way this season? Want to learn more valuable information? Want to support the ITA? If you are heading to this show with out a plan, you are planning on missing out on some great opportunities to grow your business and yourself this season. Take a few minutes and jot down everything you want to accomplish while attending this show. Review it over a few times.. There are several speakers to choose from to hear motivation, sales training and how to do it.. Think of all the machines you have to pick from if you are wanting a new unit.. Look at what the companies have to offer you before you hit the show floor. Make your plan and work your plan. Contact companies before the show and get information, see if what they have is what you need.. You will be surprised how over whelming a show of this size can be. My first year I walked around in a daze..and missed a lot because I did not have a sound plan.. Please be sure to attend the Dons Army Speech, this is educational information you will use over and over again in your working days ahead.... for more information contact Don Smith, Frankie Burrell, Mitzi Keller or Fungirlz (me ) .. and we will be happy to give you the details.. Support the ITA and their party…… Support the industry and it’s Mission… Make new friendships that will last a life time.. And most of all get ready for the BEST OF NASHVILLE!!! Looking forward to seeing you at the show.. I will be working in the Formulated Solutions Booth with Eric Dann ( the brilliant Chemist!! and creator of awesome products!!)and my partner in the Skin Care Forum.. .... Please stop by and say hello to us... C |

Rep Power: 24 | I suggest that you take 2 extra suitcases for al the free samples! It will be intresting to see how many compnay start doing what ETS did last year. By making attendees sit through their "sales" presentation before they got any free samples. If that is so, try to wait until later in the show to go, because that requires so much time, you will want to make sure you have been everywhere else first. |

Rep Power: 0 | I did sit through ETS presentation last year and it was informative. I think that is a better approach than just randomly handing out stuff. We talk about educating our clients but then we are like little kids and want whatever it is if it is FREE! We must be educated before we can effectively select what lotion lines we feel are best for our clients. Just because a company has a sexy dude in a speedo or a sexy chick in a string bikini on a poster doesn't mean their lotion is worth a darn. My clients know: #1.They will never look like those models--not enough lotion in the universe. #2. They will never be married to anyone who remotely looks like that after the age of 20. #3. None of my clients look like that. #4. I don't look like that. So reality is...what lotions give the best results and why. Do they contain quality ingredients? And do we as salon owners, know how to recommend lotions? I, for one, need a great deal of education in this area. One thing TanTalk has done for me is to keep raising the bar as far as what a successful salon involves. I am ready to learn. Hurrah for Nashville!! Pam |
