Salon onwers need support as well as they should support the ITA.

Right now many salon owners have no clue what the ITA is even working on ~~

What is the ITA doing today for salon owners?

Where are the ITA current members online?

How do you keep up with ITA news?

If I were interested in what the ITA was doing I would go to their website and read all the things they say they are doing. Personally I have no use for the ITA.

Jim,

I would personally like to know why you feel this way.

Thank you.

Kim,
Can you really give an example of how the ITA has actually helped you in any way? I would like an example of them doing something other than preventing some of its members from meeting at the hotel they are meeting and offering matching funds to help us in Florida, but only if they could hold the money or after we spend our money they will reimburse us, and I am not sure they what matching means, reimbursment or actually matching or doubling the fund. I would like to hear from anyone who has a story of how the ITA came to their rescue other than throwing some money at a cause or issue.

Jim have faith. I know everyone is upset with the way the ITA has handled things in the past but I believe things can change.

There has got to be a way to turn things around. This industry is too big but we all need to work together to make this happen. The first and most important thing is we need to stop fussing and bashing each other. We have ALL got to throw away the hate and resentment some have for others. Why this is happening I don`t know?

I`m not saying the ITA will be the one to do it. I see in the future a association run by salon owners. Maybe Nashville will be the start of something big.

I will try this one more time. I tried to use quick reply and it went away.

Thanks Chris. I love this industry and the friendships I have made will be with me for a life time.

No matter who wins I will continue to try in some small way to "Make A Difference". I wish both Dan and Kim good luck. I know both of them have the future of this industry at heart.

Whether you vote for me or not, join the ITA and get involved. We need everyone as we March Forward. See everyone in Nashville.

Thanks Grip for designing my cards and thanks Bruce and Solid for the banners.
