Rep Power: 23 | I offered this idea to my favorite admin. Since it wasn't taken up, it must be a bad idea. But I'll try it here anyway: Create a new "poll you have not voted for" listing all ITA sector BoD nominated names, and allow each valid username one vote in EACH sector - not just salon sector. Purpose would be to see if what EZ_Jim keeps harping on is significant or not. If the "winner" results are dramatically different than the real election, then salon owners would indeed have influenced the outcome. As a side poll, you could also allow one write-in for each segment opening in liu of casting a vote for a nominee. That might be hard to set up on-line, but I hear Solid is an IT genius... This exercise would also point out just how many of us "50" on-liners even care enough to vote, member or not. |

Rep Power: 23 | Hey - early bird caught a worm, eh? I see it's for the salon sector.. with an option for non-owners to add their vote on the side. I'll cast one when I'm back from a trip Tuesday. Can you expand it to other sectors? Object was to see if "empowered" salon owners could influence those votes or not vs "real" results. |
