Sources close to TanSource/TanTalk/TaninaCan and the BigDog Buyers Group have been quoted as saying.....

When questioned as to the validity of the claim that Ms. Sheila only got involved with the legal matters of BigDog at the request of Mike Chung (and because she considered him a friend) .... Mr Chung replied..

and now all eyes turn towards.....

Frankie (I am the ITA) Burrell...... will she be able to gain the vote of confidence she needs from the Salon Owner Segment to safely win her a seat on the Board of the ITA?????

Sources say that the not only the ITA Seat will be given to Ms B if she succeeds the *** kicking - - - but Mr. Chung is rumored to have offered her a case of Black Sun Lotion to place on the ITA seat so she can see what the **** is going on.

Curious bystanders want to know......

Why would Sheila spend 3 hours reviewing and dissecting a legal letter not involving her own legal problems??????? and the past 3 days online-on the phone and in e-mails.... getting input from the players????

Why would Sheila help Mr. Chung present his issues to the ONLINE communities if not truely interested in a good outcome???

Why would Mr. Chung ask the "Princess of Accountability" to get involved if the TRUTH was NOT what was really wanted????

Does Mr. Chung have so little regard for others - - - that he has become a Controversy Junkie.... following in the steps of the Little Guy from Wilmerding????

Are the participants of ONLINE so hungary for the bloodsport of kicking ETS or anyone they are pointed to ..... that the TRUTH becomes less important?

These questions and more - - will remain unanswered until Mr. Chung stops avoiding the steaming heap he left on his friend's doorstep this morning......

I'm with you Mitzi...........say what????? I am pretty sure about one thing in that post though: in reading all of chunn's posts, pm's and emails I am positively sure that the choice of words in his so called quote are matter of fact not a quote by Mr Chunn.

To even think ETS would make a mistake like sending out a letter to Chunn and Sam because they didn`t have the facts. Geez what train did you get of.

All I said was it might be legal. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I emailed Pipp and this was his answer.....

"This is a legal issue which we need to pursue. The set up of Big Dog violates our Distribution agreements and thus must be handled appropriately."
