Rep Power: 21 | was HORRIBLE!!! First of all...I had a hard time finding one so when I did I was sooo excited. Went in and the beds were so OLD and NASTY. There were no towels in the rooms, dust and dirt covered everything, and the lady was RUDE!!!! I don't even know what kind of beds these were...they were a JOKE!!! She only had these 20 minute beds & she asked us what kind of beds we had. We told her and she said "OH, you only have browning beds!!! These are strong beds you aren't used to!! WTF?!!?!?!? I cringed as I laid in this filthy 200 degree "tanning bed"!!! By the way...she was getting $45.00 a month for these so called beds. |

Rep Power: 25 | Well, I grew up in Florida, and that is no surprise to me.... Everyone there is rude as far as I am concerned. I agree, they do not take care of their beds or even their salon. |

Rep Power: 0 | I agree, they do not take care of their beds or even their salon. -------------------- that is a very stereotypical closed minded statement I'm willing to bet my beds are cleaner than yours. I have people from other states that come down here and tan in my beds and they say in their state or city they have to clean their own beds. So to say everyone here is rude and we dont take care of or clean our beds just makes you sound very ignorant. And I lived in NC for 3 years where your from. I love NC and I'm not going to bash salon owners there in anyway but, I went to two salons in the Boone area and both were pretty filthy. One you cleaned your own bed and most people left the bed dirty. So it happens everywhere some salon owners dont take care in pride in their business but its not every salon owner in Florida only. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: nativetan on 2004-11-16 14:12 ][ This Message was edited by: nativetan on 2004-11-16 14:12 ] |

Rep Power: 0 | then you should call the Dept of Health for Florida and report that salon. Salons in my area of Florida at least customers are not allowed to come into contact with the chemicals used to clean the beds. I wouldnt never let a customer clean their own bed anyway I dont trust anyone to do a better job than me. I disenfect everything down to the door knob. |

Rep Power: 25 | Look I lived there too, and I found most of the people there are rude... I did not single any one salon out, so get a grip. You do not even know what part of the state I am talking about, so get over yourself. My mother still lives there, and I go there often. Don't accuse me of crap until you know what you "think" I am talking about. |
