4.) Trade outs.
5.) Tanning on the clock.
6.) Eating on the clock.
7.) Playing on the internet on the clock.

I beg to differ with you. Why don't you call the salon owner, Kerri (owner of Tanning Index "10" in Trenton, NJ) at 609-298-9300 and ask her yourself if we even HAVE internet at the salon!

Who cares who he is. He obviously isn't worth his salt or he wouldn't hide behind a screen name and act like a two year old. He has nothing positive to contribute to this site and has proven that. My six year old is more productive than him... at least my son has his facts straight before he speaks.

To be in business for so many years and have so many salons I would expect at least "adult" behavior. But... I'm guess that Mr. Max is nothing more than some salon owner's kid with too much time on his hands. This is obviously a very juvenile person who has no life, no woman, no friends and no hobbies.
