Rep Power: 24 | Most people like bright unclutterd salons. Dark = shabby or not clean to many people. Small and cluttered is not good for relaxing. http://www.attcanada.ca/~milburnr/live.jpg this is a very small part of my salon, its part of the middle of the salon, the shampoo stations, and part of one of the retail centers. I don't have pictures of the whole salon posted online. Post links for your salon here if you can. _________________ Tanning Booths, for people that want only the very best. Rep Power: 0 | Our salon has a bright warm decor. Our theme is 'beach', but nothing cheesy. We have a salt water fish tank you see as you come in the door. Great focus piece! White walls with oak floors and very nice oak trim. Solid wood doors look great and give people a better sense of privacy. We have silk plants in baskets throughout the salon. In each of the rooms we have framed pictures with beach scenes. We have a shelf/waterfall display for our products in the lobby with 'deck' chairs for waiting. Best thing is how 'clean' the salon looks. Customers do notice and are always complimenting us on that. |

Rep Power: 23 | stayed with the key west look. Bright colors, pineapple yellow, sea foam green, coral pink, not sure what the blue is called. Coral end tables with glass tops, same for the coffee tables. Thick molding around doors and base. Bright lighting, customers enjoy that. And big oversized leather couches |

Rep Power: 0 | I disagree to an extent Chipp. Dimly lit is soothing, cooler and upscale. My nicest location has ceramic tile floors in earth tones (different browns and tans, bronze , some black)in the hallway, lobby, laundry room and bathroom. The lobby has raw metal sconces and a giant raw metal sun (lit up from behind), overstuffed leather couch and chair, faux finished walls (darker tan base with lighter tan)throughout the salon. The counter is rounded and made of bronze metal as is the display wall. The rooms are oversized with solid pocket doors, brown and tan carpeting, different raw metals encasing the mirrors, matching (but different in each room) clothing racks. Both of these (mirrors and racks) have a glass sun on the top. Built in ceramic tile seats (matching the floor) in the corners with built in stereos/cd players (remote controls available at the counter) above in the corner of the walls. The hallway is snaked and has a very nice contoured flow with raw metal sconces in the inside curves. The ceiling is 18 feet, open and black above the 10 ft level with the ducting exposed and polished aluminum. The front room is the "showcase" room with double pocket doors and the Ergoline 600 (soon to be a 650) can be seen from the road about 75 yards away. Can you tell I'm a proud mama? lol Sorry can't help it! All in all a dimly lit, very nice, upscale place! -Tommie- |

Rep Power: 0 | Our salon has a almost an African art theme to it. The lobby is very open and spacious. We have a leather couch, comfortable seating, and plants everywhere. Most of the decor here came from Pier 1 so that may give you a better idea. Also, we have a good sized pond located in the lobby with 2 koi fish. Very calming - from what the customers say. |

Rep Power: 24 | We have the traditional tropical atmosphere Neon. The whole front is bamboo on the counter, across the front sill, to the door. we built a tiki roof over the front counter and suspended orange lights that we found at home depo. we have slat wall behind the counter that my brother-in-law airbrushed a smiling sun with sunglasses. our front lobby and hallway is the best. my brother-in-law airbrushed, by hand, a rolling beach scene with the seagulls and blue sky. it looks great. each room is also bright (yellows, green, pink, orange) along with tropical murals. each door is outfitted with a tiki hut top and a puck light shines on the thatched door with coconut numbers. we're very different and everyone comments that if we put this much effort into making our salon look like this, then we obviously care enough about tanning AND our customers. it"s a great feeling. =) |
