Rep Power: 23 | I recently upgraded to Sunplus 1.501 it is the same. This feature anyways. I had (Suntouch 7.14) I get actual numbers of clients and then I do the math to translate it to percentage. I have a on going spread sheet I updated 2-3 times a year(in windows)with a graph. LOL.. I told you guys I was anal about accurate numbers!!! I have other reports I keep track of as well. ACTIVE CLIENT REPORT TIPS.... Example: I found a long time ago that Suntouch will remove a client from the March 2001 Active member list when that client comes in the next month.. Soo if you share my fasination with #'s. Or just want to know exactly how many active clients you had last year March compared to this year. You must at the end of EVERY month make a note before any clients tan on the 1st of the April. Keep this info in Word or Excel. The graph might be a bit over the top...lol But I is a great visual aid for my progress as a growing salon! Don't believe me check it out.. See how many clients were active last March.. I am sure you had more clients then the number suntouch will tell you active last March. Ohh Another tip.. when you are looking for active clients from March 1,2002 to march 31, 2002. YOU MUST enter in the date (field box) The last day of the previous month to get March 1 st number (of active clients) included in that report...( ONLY ON THIS REPORT..NOT THE OTHERS) Why??? I have no Idea!!! Mj _________________ Tan Talk ModeratorTanTalk Rocks!!! "And now back to tanning"--ChippMeet "Little Chunn Chunn!!"[ This Message was edited by: MJ on 2002-04-23 22:18 ] |
