Rep Power: 26 | I have just posted "FDA Meeting Report (Part 5): "Definition of a Manufacturer" on www.naatso.org in the Regulatory section. I placed it on a "link" because the formating is so important in order to be able to read (and copy) it correctly. As important as "annual limits" and "irradiance caps" and the "warning labels" are to us, this issue (Amendment 3 - Definition of a Manufacturer - as stated by FDA Friday afternoon) will be THE "watershed" topic over the next few months. This issue will force everyone in the industry to decide whether or not they are for (or against) the best interests of tanning salon owners. 1. Will ITA support the rights of tanning salon owners on Amendment 3 - Definition of a Manufacturer or will they support the manufacturers that control the organization? 2. Will any of the four trade publications touch this "third rail" topic? Please read (and copy) this material if you care about your business. [I guarantee that you will be glad you took the time to read it.] We'll talk about it tonight! Don |
