In years past, I have thanked my customers for their business and bragged about our new sales records. (Which occurred again this year!) This year's events have made that unimportant to me.

These events have awakened me to realize the most important things we have are the friends and family, we love and help in our lives. I am in a fantastic position to speak personally with everyone of my customers and most if not all I count as my friends. The greatest joy is helping them to sell more indoor tanning products .

I am very thankful for my customers and everyone in the industry. You have challenged and pushed me to make myself and my company better in the past year.

I wish all of you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year.

Please take time to love your friends and family this holiday season. September 11 proved that every time you say goodbye could be for the last time, so make sure you express your love for your friends and family as often as possible.
