Rep Power: 25 | As reported on another board, yet another site as listed Soakin' Up The Rays (R) tanning products for sale on their internet lotion web site. I suggest you look at the site. http://www.tanshop.com/soakin.htm Notice, that they simple list my company name, as an exciting new line (I like the fact I am a 10 year old new line). They do not even have a list of my products. (Great web people: they could have gotten that off my web site) Yet so over there brand me as a traitor that should never show my face at a trade show! another says this means my anti-diversion policy of 4 years is over? What complete BS! Any idiot with a web site can go into a magazine and list every product, does that make it diversion. crap NO! If a large group of tanners can buy the product from the web then it is diversion! I will never be able to say 100% for sure that a bottle will never be sold on the web. I send too many samples, and deal with to many customers to say a bottle will never be sold on the web. I will say that Soakin' Up The Rays (R) will never be sold in more than trace amounts. I have taken the steps to prevent that. For over 4 years I have worked to keep my products off the net out of beauty suppliers, not in retail, out of Flea Markets and away from home tanners. This year alone, we have withdrawn our products from all distributors, so Soakin' Up The Rays, Inc. is the only source for the products. That allows us to screen every salon that buys to eliminate most of the potential diversion sources. Our next step is contracts with salons insuring the products are only sold in their salons and not sold anywhere else. This Idea was proposed by Bob English. Andre from Ultimate has shared with me a copy of his exclusive retailing contract. Over the next few weeks, Soakin' Up The Rays, Inc. will be making this contract mandatory for salons purchasing Soakin' Up The Rays (R) brand of indoor tanning products . Thank you for your support! |
