Victory Over Diversion by Beauty Suppliers!
Two years ago, I created the idea about protecting tanning salon owners from sales of indoor tanning products by non-tanning stores which I named "diversion". In the past week, both California Tan and John Abate announced that they would stop selling their products to beauty suppliers! The
combination of Soakin’ Up The Rays, Inc. aggressively pushing the issue and tanning salon owners demanding change, we have accomplished a major victory against indoor tanning product diversion!

Two years ago, Soakin' Up The Rays, Inc. stopped selling to Beauty Suppliers, Internet Outlets, Home Tanners and Retail Stores. However; I did not stop there, I then challenged other manufacturers to follow my lead. These major companies thought I was crazy. They thought “Why
would you give up those profits”? My answer was simple. We need to put protecting tanning salon owners profits above our own profits.

I am happy to announce with these two major companies following my lead that, we have begun to help control this problem of indoor tanning product diversion. There is more work to do! Now, we have to work on getting Australian Gold off retail store shelves in Florida. Then, we have to identify which manufacturers make products with one name for salons and one name for retail stores!
