Wow, that's actually a very good question. Does the constitution apply to those who are currently sitting in another country but communicating with those on our soil?

Non citizens creating a controversial situation can be deported. So they do not have the rights that we do on our soil. We only have rights as long as it does not infringe upon someone elses. If we create something controversial we can be sued and fined and sent to jail.

It seems that some people here have a fear of free speech.What are they so afraid of?Do we need someone to police our thinking?Sounds like a bad idea.Do we need a little Hitler, or Castro.
