Rep Power: 24 | I have 20 minute beds and am thinking about changing them to 15 minutes. Trying to keep the customer wait down.Has anyone made a change like this before. Will customers like the quicker bed and less wait or do they like the 20 minute rest????Thanks in advance------------------Tommy Lowery |

Rep Power: 0 | Tommy,We did that a couple of years ago and our customers complained and a few looked at other salons that had the 20 to 30 minute units. Not to scare you but general public has always been taught more is better. With that thought our customers didn't feel as if they were getting their money's worth. Needless to say we are now back to 30 minute units. We have alot of happy campers now. Even though your salon may be the best in the area, some people will sacrifice certain standards for that extra 10 minutes.------------------Tracie WilliamsSandollar Corporation |
