Sundome column of lamps not turning off with unit

*I recently installed an 02 sundome xl 48 stand up in one of my salons and have a problem. The unit starts fine but when the unit shuts off it doesn't go into cool down mode and one door coulmn (right door) still stays running. I phoned ETS and they said that was strange. We checked to see if maybe a cap was holding a charge but thats not the case. Like I mentioned before the booth does not go into a cool down mode, not sure if that was programed out or not. Does this sound like a relay issue? Or possibly a board issue? Please let me know what you guys think, thanks*

Megasun KBL T200 & VibraNano Problems

Hi Everyone,

I just got new equipment that is Megasun KBL T200 with VibraNano,
after 4 weeks I got the problem with VibraNano

It works usually for 1st 2 minutes "heat up muscle mode" sometimes longer thenafter it switch off for 1-2 hours, display is also OFF and switch ON itself to work again for 2 minutes if anyone press the START/STOP Button.

And the problem with Megasun is that fan is going UP automatically, and you may increase the power but you can't reduce it down to certain percentage within 1 min of work it's 20% after 5 50-70%, you can't reduce it nor switch it off as it is shown to be possible in MANUAL.

And another problem that occured recently is the AquaCool that starts along with the booth start.

Anyone can help me as I couldn't get any help here from engineers who installed it for me, and the problems started when I had numbers of clients who just love it.

What should I check?
Any Ideas?

Overall it is a v. nice machine...

Quantum 851 Remote Wiring????

I have power to the 851. There are 4 remote wires that lead into the power cart (green, white, red and black). The only one of the 4 that is connected is the red wire which is connected to a terminal below the L1 power input.
Do the other 3 need to be connected or just the other black lead? Where would the leads go?? I cannot find a wiring diagram anywhere.
I have some pics I can email if anyone would like to see them to help with the wiring.

Thanks!!

Tanning bed lights will not come on but we can hear the timer working and the fans will come on. We have replaced the contactor/relay and have checked the capacitors...which are fine. Any suggestions?

i have been researching and i think i may know what is wrong, just wanted a second opinion before i wasted time and money.

I have a Dr.Kern summersun and only 4 of the bulbs are not turning on, the rest are fine. Everywhere i read it looks to be the "bulb starter," is this correct? If it is, could someone point me in the right direction to buy some, as i have been reading there are different ones, such as electronic and the standards.

edit: just switched a good starter from a different spot. still does not work. ideas?
