One of the beds in my wifes salon is a sundash 232 controled with a t max timer. the bed itself has " 4 help " running across the timer control on the bed after one of the customers tried to shut it off early. im not sure what to do to fix this problem. the manual doesnt seem to help either. i have shut power off to tmax and the bed?????

Sounds like you have a lamp hour discrepency. This has happened to me several times. If the bed is connected to a Tmax Manager via a daisy chain, disconnect it at the phone jack. Wait 30 seconds and do the following. Have your bed manual open to the viewing and editing parameters section.

1.) Press Start, Up (Time Menu), & Reset at the same time - this will clear the Help 4 and you should then see all zeros - 0000 (no colon)
2.) Then press Up (Time Menu) until you get to 0010 (Level 1 password clearance) - press reset
3.) Press Up (Time Menu) until you get to Parameter 6 Lamp Hours (look in your manual at viewing & editing parameters) and press reset.
4.) Adjust the lamp hours up or down 1 hour by pushing Up or Down on the Time Menu then press Reset
5.) Press Start to exit Parameter Mode
6.) Connect your the bed back up to the Tmax Network

If you still have issues, you may need to call Sun Ergoline for tech help. The number is on your bed manual. Hope that helps.

Re: HELP WITH SUNDASH 232

The timer has to be sent back to the factory.
There is a free help site www.jkglobalservice.com
