I am looking into offering tanning in my massage therapy business and would like some help in making sure I am going down the right avenue. The local video store went out of business and they are selling the last of their tanning beds. I know for certain that they had a very good clientele and am not worried about that. What concerns me is that they want $1000.00 each for the beds that they have left...they are 1996 wolfe system R26B with 26 bulbs 20 min. beds. I have been researching around and can't get a lot of good info. I do know from personal experience that the beds are OK.
I am also going into a meeting with them next Wed. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated. If I can counter offer with something I would also like any input on that as well.

I would never go with a bed with less than 30 lamps, but that just me. At least they are not 22 lamp! Those can stripe people.

I use http://www.2ndsuntan.com to get used bed prices. Its sorta like a blue-book.
