Which equipment is better?
Hi! I am getting ready to buy a tanning salon. The beds that are currently in the salon are older and I want to replace them. I've done a lot of research and have personally used some different beds. I would love to hear the opinions of some owners:
Mystic Tan vs Versa Spa? Ergoline vs Dr Muller? Is high pressure bed necessary? Dr Muller: Sun Gate or Icon? Best lotions? Thanks so much for the input!! |

Re: Which equipment is better?
Dr. mueller is more powerfull than ergoline, but ergo is more efficient. Both are great companys and will stand behind there products. Ergo is prob a little cheaper but is also more common. Your comp will more likely haver ergo. Bolth are great

Re: Which equipment is better?
Thanks! I really appreciate any feedback I can get and looks like this is the best place to get it! Actually in my area (South Florida) most salons carry Dr Muller or some other, Ergo is not common here and was confirmed by Ergo themselves. I think they are trying to break into the FL market now. Anyone have any other comments? How about Versa Spa vs Mystic? ~o~

Re: Which equipment is better?
Ahhhh I hope this is opposite day cause ergoline being "efficient" is...er.....real funny at best. Ergoline standing behind their equipment.........HILARIOUS.

Re: Which equipment is better?
Dr M is top end. Will DESTROY Ergoline in a tan off.
Actually ANY bed will out tan Ergoline. They LOOK good. Just type in ERGOLINE in the search on here and see for yourself.

Re: Which equipment is better?
I have had booth equipment and stand behind my original comments. They highest return on investment i have ever had on any bed, and I own over 80 tanning beds is the ergoline classic 600. This not only my opionion by my customers opinion. This bed only has a 140 ballast on the body but is more popular than any sungate or orbit that i have ever had. Some people look just at power but there is a lot more to it than just power. I do agree ergo could be better is some aspects but it isn't black and white. You will get higher readings on a sungate over a classic 600 but the sungate is 10 minutes and the 600 is 15. More power doesn't always mean better. I also have a few UWE cayenne's which is a great bed as well. Uwe is a great company as well just a bit pricey
