Yes, nothing like a $15,000 bed (new) that meters in the 50's with a basic traditional lamp and a 10 minute TE time. Tans better then just about every $25K Ergo bed out there. Does not have the looks or special features but it is a great tanning maching IF the lamps are maintained. I do wish the cooling was better on this unit though.

Also look for a used newer version Sunstorm (Orbit,Onyx). The looks did improve on this unit with accent lighting. You might pay $1K-$2K more as they are newer.

I have two white Orbits. One is a 1994 low bench with over 8000 hours. The other is a 1996 high bench. Both tan great!! Bought a Sungate in 2005. Also a great unit.
I think you can buy a good old Orbit between $1k-$4k. If it runs, it's a good bed to buy. I charge $20 for a single session
