UPDATE: A wonderful male customer came in last night and together we took it apart and cleaned it. It took about an hour to do. I was pi$$ed by the way. How dumb do you have to be to swing like an arangatang to get a hydrolic canopy to come down. My god she could have been electricuted. Anyway , she came in today and offered to pay for it and was very apologetic. Yeah! your still not the brightest bulb in the pack are you?

Call John at URI and he can get a replacement lamp for you. Customers do some real dumb a_ _ stuff sometimes. How does that Enjoy Tan?

Glad to hear she came back. Hope she helps with the repairs....I know it will not cover the loss revenue.........sorry.

I love our customers, we are more like family members. We can ask them for anything and they will jump right in. When Carol was gone during xmas. I asked a customer to sit at my desk so I could get a cup of coffe. They love helping us out. I gave this guy a free month in the njoy (his bed) The lady a gave her a bottle of her favorite lotion. Not that I give the store away or anything. But if you do something sweet for me I will do something sweet for you.
