2005 UWE Cayennes
I have 8 UWE Silver Bullets and 3 2005 cayennes which are 2 years old. Love the look of the cayennesand the tan but this is the 1st time i have had to deal with water misters. During the 1st year i think we replaced the bench and the canopy pump on the cayennes because misters were not working. The Last 5-7 Months i have had to replace about 4 brand new pumps which are expensive parts and and by the time the parts come your best customer is starting to complain about the misters. Just went to the salon yesterday and diagnosed that the bench pump on one of the Cayennes was faulty. Pc Marketing was closed so ill call today and pay for another new pump. Besides this problem the Cayennes are gr8 beds. Just wondering from a number of salon owners that own cayennes if they had similar problems and are still continuing to replace the pumps.

Re: 2005 UWE Cayennes
The cayenne is one of our most popular beds, the truly rock!! We had to change out the pumps a few times also. I feel that it is money well spent because not only do these units tan the **** out of you, the misters keep the competitive edge over other salons!!!

Re: 2005 UWE Cayennes
I have a 2005 Cayenne and experienced pump issues as well. It took a year to resolve. They sent me a bad pump to replace the broken one and then the troubleshooting went crazy from there. Five parts later, oh you sent another bad pump. Its fixed now but I had a hard time with customer support. Such a shame I want 3 other uwe models to replace some older beds but their customer support worries me.
