If anyone took offense to my comments I apologize
I have no problem with Suncapsule we have one and also another Stand-up (not Suncapsule) Glad international got it worked out! I don't understand why you would have to see in the manual to secure the electrical box to the top of the unit,You would think it would be common sense for an electrician or installer to do this!

TTLAURIE, I wasn't referring to you, I just get sick of all the negative comments on a good piece of equipment. And yes I know that most of the installers don't affix the electrical box like you should, I'm guilty of it. Most of the time I never have but I put it where it goes and never had a problem with the fan coming unplugged, In my opinion you would need to pull on it for it to come unplugged.

well it was secured on the top of the unit but i didnt like the way it looked, i didnt want to see it at all, i asked my bed tech to move it and where he moved it didnt work out
