Anyone tried the new Ergoline Affinity 800?

Looking for a new Ergoline bed. Anyone tried the new Ergoline Affinity 800? Trying to upgrade to a level higher than the Classic 600. How does it compare to the UWE Cayenne?

Re: Anyone tried the new Ergoline Affinity 800?

I have not tried the new one yet. However, my experience with the Excellence 800's was that they tanned fairly close to a classic 600 (assuming you have decent lamps in the 600). It will be similar to the Cayenne.

If you already have a 600, that is generally considered about as big a "big VHR" as most salons. Why not add High Pressure instead of another VHR with just some bells and whistles? You'll see much greater profitability for your investment.

Oh - but I wouldn't buy the new Ergo HP. Ergo is a good company, but I wouldn't try ANYONE'S high pressure the first year it was released. Too hard to get it right.

So, you sell UWE now Bobby?

Just wondering, because a few months ago you posted about wanting to know the differences between different companies - sounded like you were new to the industry? Do you own a salon as well?

There are indeed differences between Ergo and UWE units. Not sure you will be able to provide the most "balanced" opinion for "Windy" however. :)

Both companies have beds that are great and some which are not that great.

I have the Sportarrado Mastersun 360. This is the the very first year of distribution of this bed. I wouldn't be afraid to pioneer the use of a Sporterrado product in the first year of existance. Their testing of a new product is unparalled in the tanning industry. No, I'm not spamming. I own one, and love it.
