Re: Radiance Lamps

I have used them to relamp twice now, they do ways past their hours with good results, Guess it depends on the type of beds you put them in.

Re: Radiance Lamps

We purchased them for our stand up. What a mistake. The poor performance of the lamps made our stand up shut off prematurely. Radiance admitted they had a bad batch and relamped our bed for us. Worked OK for a few weeks and lamps would go out, come on, go out, come on. It was so frustrating that we relamped again wiht Genesis.

Re: Radiance Lamps

I got a "bad batch" also. Funny, they were numbered in different sequences though. And I had about 100 lamps. Not sure how many are in a "batch". I also had a lot of pretty pi**ed clients that were not getting any results from them. I got some "credit" for returning them for cosmedico lamps. I would never waste the time putting them in my beds again!

Re: Radiance Lamps

We manage a salon that uses them in 10 minute beds. You have do remember that you need to rotate these lamps at 300 hours, move top to bench and install new lamps in canopy. This is typical of lamps used in 10 minute application, PatParadise
