Need help with Dr. Muller Omega

Does anyone have original paperwork for either the 1995 or 1999 Omega? I am in desperate need of a schematic (wiring diagram or component list).

I am trying to figure out which ballast goes with each lamp. We bought this salon from someome who didn't deem it necessary to keep ANY paperwork on the beds.

I don't have a schematic for this but if you don't have knowledge in the electrical field and you are looking for a ballast for a certain lamp that isn't working, do this. Start the unit up and let it run for a full session. After the session is completed, put your hand on each ballast, when you find a COLD ballast, this is the one that goes to the certain lamp you are having issues with. Not sure if thats you issue but just a little trick that works. Good Luck and let me know if you need anything else.

I doubt it is the ballast. It is rare for large ballasts to quit. It is more likely the lamp or the ignitor or a bad connection.

Swap the lamp from another working one and see if it is that. Then try an ignitor from another position. Also, check the safety switch on the filter glass.
