HT High Pressure booth

Has anybody ever metered a Hollywood Tans HP booth? They claim it's the latest technology and the most powerful HP booth in the world. Can it be? I know its a bunch of 400 watt HP lamps in a Suncapsule knock off enclosed booth. Sounds like a hunk of **** to me. Maybe I'm wrong.
