I Broke MY BED! :(

Ok so I was changing the facials in my Dr. Muller Onyx and after I got everything done I went to turn the bed on and only the cooling system starts up.. none of the bulbs turn on! I checked and I was able to turn the bed on manually and all the lights turn on .. but when I use the timer the lights wont turn on!.. Err.. I'm going to call the guy that services the beds but hes not in till thursday.. I thought maybe you guys know whats wrong?

Maybe it's the starter? Argh.. im a newb.

Your facials don't have starters they have ignitors and doubt all of them went bad at the same time. Are they wire lead or plug in?

Actually that won't matter if they are turning on manually.

And the fans start when you set the timer from the desk?

Problem: Lamps do not light.

Solution: Fix it.

Nigelappler, I haven't worked on this particular bed, but you may have a safety switch on your facial canister's that isn't pushed in all the way for some reason. Just a thought. If you see any plugger buttons around the canisters then that may be a safety switch not pushed in. Good Luck...

yup... just the fans.. but the lights dont turn on.. but if I take off the cover I can flick the switch and make the lights turn on.

but would that make the other lights turn off too? and wouldn't I not be able to turn them on manualy?
