Re: sun italia magic 636
I dont know where the P90 metering in the 50's came from, but its ridiculous.
I have metering that unit a ton of times and I always get over 100 with even old lamps in it. The Sontegra X-pod meters over 100 with 400 watt facials - come on. The facials meter close to 200, so thats insane. Again the P90 IMO is a better built better looking unit when compared to the Magic. Some people say you cannot compare them because of a combo vs 360, but when it comes down to $$$ in a salon owners pocket (overall - lamps, elec, walk in price, etc.) the Magic seems less profitable. Agree or not - this is my opinion!! |

Re: sun italia magic 636
The mattress version of the P90 has 10,700 watts of power, the combo has 13,900 watts of power and the Magic has 36,000 watts of power. The Magic has 3-2000 watt facials, more than 50% the total output of the mattress bed.You still think the P90 can come anywhere close to what the Magic can put out?
If you go with the combo, you have defeated the advantage of the high pressure and I am not just talking about the P90 but any combo unit. Lamps will need to changed twice as often, the P90 costs 7,000 more than the Magic, and the Magic will bring in every penny the P90 will bring per session. The only advantage the P90 has is electricity and that is because it does not have that much power. Not one person that has gave their opinion has agreed with you but we can agree to disagree. If you put a P90 in your salon just hope that the salon next to you doesn't bring in the Magic because you will not like it very much.________________:glasses: |

Re: sun italia magic 636
Bring on the Magic, I will put a P90 in. In that scenario my P90 will out-tan it be more reliable, and the $$$ that comes in goes more into my pocket than to the Electric Co. The parabolic lamps will match the output with far less energy..
