maker of VHR 36.6

I have a blue VHR lay down bed in my salon, and I do not know the maker, nor did the previous owner. The only other thing it says on the bed is 36.6. any one familiar with this bed? thanks

the bed is blue with yellow stickers (that say 36.6 VHR)
