Help moving spray booth

We have a Summer Image 6 nozzle spray booth (with attached compressor). This is same booth as Heartland's SunSprintz.

We would like to move it to another store. Has anyone tried to disassemble/reassemble the booths? I'm in NC if anyone knows someone local.

Re: Help moving spray booth

go to tanningbedrepair.com and you can make some calls from there. Most spray units you will need to be careful because of the seals and such. How ever does it, get a written warranty from them that it will work properly when it is installed.
Good Luck.....

Re: Help moving spray booth

That's made by Hollywood Tans, I think they pop rivet the booth together. If that's the case, you will have to drill out every rivet and re-rivet it back together.

Have fun, buy lots of beer.

Stainless steel rivets. Buy more than one GOOD drill bit, same diameter as the rivet head. Put back stainless.

I'd say 1/8 drill bit.
