Question Going to 100w VLR9k90

I have a question reguarding the 9k90's...

I know they provide all the benefits of high pressure tanning in a low pressure format, but how do i explain to my wonderful clients that instead of 20 minutes, they wil now be only allowed to do 15.

I know their color will prove well with these bulbs, but I need all of my girls to be able to explain this process to each client the same way. Do any of you have any suggestions for me on how to explain this to a tanner and not as such a professional? (a short but informative paragraph with a cute flare?) :P

Ahhh VLR9K90 is not really a 15min lamp first off. Second, you need to put a compatible lamp in that bed as you can't just change the time of the tan on the fly.

What's the bed, how many lamps, what's the current lamp in there.

The manufacture is actually coming out to recertify my beds. He is the one that suggested the 9k90. Right now they have Philips Cleo 100w. They are Royal Sun 36/2

I use the VLR 9k90s in my ambition beds and they rock at 15 minutes!!!!
Tanner06, you are switching from full coat lamps to reflector lamps, that is a major reason for shorter session time. You are going to have focused UV energy from the reflectors internal in the lamp, meaning you will have efficient trasmission of UV!!!!

You say "Hey, got new lamps and they're 15 minutes now. Enjoy."

Don't complicate it.

I wanted the 100W 9k90s but my beds are 12 minutes and I think those lamps are better in a longer tan time.

This is all fine and dandy, but explain this to a person that is spending the same amount of money and is getting less time in the bed. Some people actually like to lay there for 20 minutes.

I need a "catch phrase" or paragrah that is short and to the point, also that will be informative and understandable to the client.

...we have switched our bulbs from a full coat lamp to a reflector lamp. The bulbs are disigned to focus thier UV energy to the tanner which means you will get an efficiant amount of UV transmition in a shorter time. Its like getting all of the benefits of a high pressure tan in a low pressure bed....

does this sound right???

That will mean nothing to them. They don't care. Tell them they're stronger.

Customer: Oh really, I heard you get striping from changing to reflectors from non reflectors. Is there reflective material behind the lamps?

The chance of them saying that are about as slim as them absorbing the uv schpeel.
