extract all my tan Trac and Pc charge off of one puter on to a new one?? HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get a the storage thingy that looks like the dongle. I'm having a total blonde moment...zip drive??? Plug it in and back up everything to there. You'll need the disk for the new computer.

pc charge is the program that nichesoft told us to get to go along with it... to process credit cards. i am not fond of it. don't even get me started, because i cannot get those files over too. everytime i try to open up tantrack on the new computer it just won't open, error!!! error!!! error!!! i don't understand why the program itself won't open, let alone merge the files. i am bridging the two together, thought that would take place of the zip deal.

I dont' use the credit card thing. Do you have the disk in when you're trying to open it?

I know when I moved it from my home computer to the salon after I had it mastered I needed the disk.
