Hopefully they just forgot. If they're not running that software the dongle is of no use to them unless they sold it to someone who had the demo. It's just a little thing the size of half of your thumb to plug in. Did you not notice that you only had 7 customers?

You don't save money on programs. It's not like buying a used bed. Changing the lamps will keep the bed producing a great tan. You can't update a program without the support. Nol company allows you to transfer the service contract.

Well.. I just bought it and when I started putting in my costumers I was on the second one and she bought a lotion it wouldn't work so I put her in the bed and started adding other things then of course it wouldn't let me go past seven costumers I had no clue why. I should have looked into it more, but I have seen software going for 400-500 on ebay so.. I just didn't think anything of it. Oh well a lesson learned I guess..

Looking on EBay is another mistake. If you like the program, call Nichesoft. If you want more info or other demos, there is Helios, Suntouch, Sunlync and Salonexpert. These are the major companies.

Any of these will send you a demo.

Here is the basics:

Tantrack Helios SunTouch Sunlync SalonXpert

cost: $800 $40/mo $800 $90/mo unknown

The programs that you buy have a service contract that is about $200 per year for all upgrades and service calls. You can also just pay for service calls at about $40 each.

Start there then buy the program you need.
