I have been calling and calling and to no surprise they wont answer! I paid 350 for it. I don't know what is worse feeling stupid or getting ripped off..:angry:

Feeling worse about getting ripped off. $400 for the program should have told you that OH NO!!!

A replacement dongle is like $60 or $80 but I'm not sure what the deal is when you aren't the actual purchaser. She may have to pay the $700.

Without doing some research who would guess the program would be for free. You're a meanie.

You won't get a replacement dongle. You didn't buy the program from Nichesoft. Looks like you'll have to pay $600 to $800 for the proper program and dongle. I'll repeat myself. Call Nichesoft.
