New 2006 mymyst...

Does anyone have the new 2006 mymyst system? Spray tanning is really big here and we just ordered this new booth for our new salon. We have only had it for a month and it has already had a broken part and the past week it has been getting stuck while spraying people... and FINALLY yesterday it broke and we can't figure out what is wrong and why it wont work... If it didn't have these issues it would be great! i love how it looks but come on, its only been a month. anyone else having these problems?

Call MYSTIC TAN, tell them to send a new technition to your salon. I have to MYMYST as well my door wasn't properly aligned and water was leaking out when we rinsed it down the fedexed us something to put on the door. You should tell them the guy who installed your MYMYST did something wrong. Call and scream at them if you have to.

YES!!! We're having the same problem. Nobody at Mystic can figure it out. They said it was the motor, so they next day shipped one out, $600.00 later it still doesn't work. Have you figure it out yet?

If it is still under warranty, you shouldn't have to pay a penny!
