Re: which lamp would u choose?
Ed, I'm using A power lamps in an 154 Ovation. 12min. Good stuff but they are ready to go bye bye (about 600hrs). Any suggestion on a direction to go this time? I loved the Apower lamps and would like something equiv (the same lamp) maybe even a little more "balls". How does the Sol Glass compare in 12 min? Has to hold up in the line of fire too. None of that wimpy I over heat once and burn out caca either.

Re: which lamp would u choose?
I think 600 is what you'll get with both A-Power and Sol Glass, maybe a little more with the Sol Glass, but the Sol Glass will give you more later-on bronzing effect. The UVB is at 280, sharp wavelength for pigment, and there is about 25% more UVA phosphor. No phosphor between 320 and 340. Good feedback so far, too early to tell about maintenance.
