Searched: HEX = No threads? Any opinions

Hello,

I bought two hex II standup units for my salon, with little education other than lots of the other GOLD's GYM's use them. And Jay Cutler the big time bodybuilder has one in his house, however little other information was found.

Now that I have found Tan Talk, I am wondering what others opinions might be on these HEX units....

Same here. We have had ours for 4 years and love it. Thinking about adding another one here pretty soon.

Suncapsules are much easier to work on and don't run as hot (lamps last longer and don't get black!)

my lamps aren't black...and my Hex is also very easy to work on also my lamps don't GET HOT...to each is own...I have had it for 3yrs and not 1 problem with it not a 1!

hehe.... seems like HEX is a love it or hate it bed.

Because a lot of people on here have spoken against it, and others love it.
One thing I can give it is it looks good in a Gold's Gym as it matches the "look" with the black marble and brass. It doesnt look as cool as some of the space shuttle looking machines out there, and I cant attest to the color yet as I havent owned it for long. However Jay Cutler does use a HEX in his home. But that could be just that it was probably given to him free by hex...

I guess I will see how they pan out, no comlaints yet. Coconut, what do you find to be the biggest selling points of the hex beds that you use to get people interested in the idea of using them?

Selling points I really don't have any...just that its my only stand up.Most men would rather them and brides too. less tan lines under arms so forth...

We're looking for a Hex as an basic level standup. Using Sundome's for upgrades.

Sundome... anyone have a link for this? I like the HEX because they go well with the GYM and Salons design and I can fit 3 of them right in the main foyer for a significant coverage of wait times with little increase in rents.
