When someone looks at your equipment , especially for that long, and keeps looking over at the group of sales people, one would think they would at least say hi and ask if you had any questions.

Parrot - I don't think it was Luca. They are trying to sell me , If someone comes in your salon and looks at one of your beds, do you let them look, or say hello, and ask if they need some help ? You don't have to be pushy .

I'm not going to keep defending myself. I've talked to Matt from Sportaredo before, and he has been helpful. All I am saying , is I 'm not happy with how I was not treated.

Timeout, I'm different, in that I would have approached a sales person and asked for help. Just maybe, they weren't on top of their game either. If someone is standing and looking at a certain bed for say 20 minutes, maybe they should think that a potential sale might be lurking over there and approach you. I can't say, cuz I wasn't there.
