The shocks on the bed were made by suspa. That is a german company. So how many bed makers are there out of there that use these shocks. As for writing, the warning is the only thing on the bed in german. There is a sticker of the retailer who sold the bed. They were Cosmetan Sun centres ltd out of Calgary, Alberta.

When the piston is extended the silver bar is on the top. The black fatter portion is on the bottom.
Still want to figure out what this is though. Reversed them and still to weak to hold the top. |

It is a solton. I found a sticker on the back that said the make on it. It does not give a model # though. Oh ya this bed may be old but it will out tan any bed i have ever been in. Works great.

JK Soltron, middle 80's, I think. Call 4 Seasons to get replacement pistons, 800-325-3255. Measure the length of the barrel and the length of the rod. They should be able to reference the piston.
