Owners manual for Hex??

Hi,

Does anyone have an owners manual for a Hex stand up (1994)?

Would really appreciate the help I just bought it used and I am having wiring difficulties.

call them ask for tech they will walk you thru the wiring they did for me!

I called and they want me to purchase the owners manual!!!!!!!

That is fine but, I need the information now.

I can't believe I purchased their product (used or not) and they won't help me out.

What is your questions? all the wires are numbered at the top and you wire nut them together say: 25 to 25, 26 to 26 etc. The white wires are your neutral wires. If the number have fell off like they normally do then you need to trace them with a schematic. The schematic is normall located on the door where the main power goes in. This is a 4 wire system 2 hots, ground and a neutral. I have a manual but not at this location and I wouldn't beable to get it to you until Monday by fax. PM if I can be of any other help.

Oh! yes I think its wrong when a manufacture can't even send you a manual at no charge or at least have it available to down load on the web.

I have one not sure if it makes an difference but mine is a 2001 , I could fax you some of the pages if you still want them.

I can't believe they wouldn't send you one.
