What happens when you have problems and the disty you bought it from is 2000 miles away? Do they send someone out?

Yep ^^^^^^^ they used to sometimes "undersize" their ballasts ( 140w ballasts to drive 160W lamps) but finally understood this is not Europe and not what the American consumer wants. I love the Ergos i have and find them to stand behind their products. Problems few and far between . I hear alot of the "all show , no go" comments as well & i don't understand. Good line. Research,research!!
