Oh, i just re-read the original question.......there's no lamps out? Guess you have to buzz all the caps, one by one.

You will need a Multi meter with the Capacitance function, or a capacitor only meter. Sears has a cheap multi meter with this function.

Just put the meter across the terminals (after you have the wires off it) and it should read the appropriate mF reading as on the side of the Capacitor.
