Help Sonnenbraune wolff system 624

I bought a sonnenbraune bed a few months back. It is dated 1991 and the women said that it worked before she moved and did not have room to put it in new house. Well I just had it wired up and nothing will happen. So the man came back and hooked his power checker up and said that it was getting power but he dont know nothing about fixing them only how to wire them. Any ideas of to what it might be. Thanks a lot
