One of our tanning beds is starting to die and we are thinking about a getting a differnet bed. Someone on ebay is selling a 2003 Sonnenbraune Body Scan VRT for $6000.00 with in driving range of us. It has 90 hours on it. Is this a good bed? Is it worth $6000.00?

Is this the bed that has 100w lamps in the top and bottom and has 3 hp facials? If it is, I had these beds in my old salon. I purchased them new for $6300 each and wasn't at all impressed with their performance. They run very hot and didn't give much color.

I found this unit on Ebay and it is Exactly the same as a new Sonnenbraune 735/3. Sorry that parrot head feels this way about this unit but i have many customers with a 735/3 and they do great for a 20 min unit. Very easy to maintain and user friendly. No acrylic issues as far as them breaking, easy to remove and clean etc. The new 735/3's are all white and really look nice. This unit is about 3 years old so I would not pay 6K for it.

Sorry, made a mistake. This unit actually has 160watt lamps on the top and 100watt lamps on the bottom and is a 11 or 12 min. session time.

$6000 is definitely too much. It's a good tanning bed, but used is used.

That is correct does anyone else have opinion on this bed? The unit dose has 160 watt blubs on the top and 100 watt blubs on the bottom for a total of 35 blubs and is 12 min. bed.
